Built behind the counter, not around it.

We’re two pharmacist co-founders from Melbourne. Usama Yousuf leads marketing and sales, and Shaun Kokkat leads product. Both have more than six years of pharmacy experience, including managerial responsibility in busy pharmacy locations.

Between us, we kept watching the same scenes repeat. A customer three aisles away, turning over their fourth bottle of magnesium, who puts it back and leaves with nothing. A queue at the script counter at five o’clock, and someone walking straight back out the door when they see it. And value walking out with them—unmeasured, every single day.

What was missing was the moment of discovery on the shop floor. So we built it the way pharmacists would: calm, safety-screened, always ending with a person’s approval—never around them.

We write every protocol and workflow ourselves, and we install every store personally.
